WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK A SOLD-OUT ITEM?
We stock limited quantities of each piece in our collections and once a piece is gone, in most cases, it’s gone forever.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our shop - mainly through ads, mailing list, and social media posts - is the only place you can buy our products.

Our employees are in 3 different states and we ship from California, but our roots are in H-Town, HOU (not HTX), Space City, Bayou City, Clutch City, Screwston (RIP DJ Screw) a.k.a. Houston, Texas!

WHY IS YOUR STORE EMPTY?
We typically sell out of items in a drop prior to the release of the next drop. If not, we still clear out our store a week or two prior to release of a new drop.   

If you're looking for a product that you saw in an ad, email, or social media story, it's likely sold out or was never publicly available on our site.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping for orders over $75 is Free! Otherwise, shipping within the US is a $5 flat rate and worldwide shipping is a $10 flat rate.  Please be aware that if you are outside of the US, your package may be subject to local Customs inspection and import tax. 

CAN YOU SPONSOR ME?
Probably not.  We don't offer exclusive contracts because we think it's boring and tacky to wear a brand uniform.  We want everyone to be able to mix and match hype pieces.  The fit is important to us and we aren't the end-all be-all for anyone's drip.   

That being said, if you have a large social media following, drop a line to info@elitebodyapparel.com and tell us what's up.   We'll get back with you if we think your influence is legit.

HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
All orders are typically processed within 2-4 days (based on volume.) Current delivery estimates:

US Domestic Delivery:
To your door 7-10 days from the date of purchase.

International shipments:
Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We want you to have the best experience possible while shopping with us and using our products. We will always provide a no-hassle 30-day refund policy. We appreciate your feedback so that we can make your experience with us a great one.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO FIND OUT ABOUT NEW PRODUCTS?
We always tell our newsletter subscribers first. We typically give them an hour head start on ordering our limited pieces, then we announce the drops on our social media accounts. You can find the newsletter signup and social media links at the bottom of our homepage.

CAN I STOCK YOUR ITEMS IN MY RETAIL SHOP?
Sorry, we do not wholesale or consign our products.

WHO MANUFACTURES YOUR PRODUCTS?
A lot of our pieces are handmade here in the US and some of our products are printed on high-quality blanks by large manufacturers.   Sorry, but just like all clothing brands, we do not put other companies or individuals in contact with our manufacturers.
